Holding our breath...

The oil well has been capped! That is wonderful news. Now we hope and pray it holds till the second relief well is in place to stop it for good. I have extremely mixed emotions over this. I am ecstatic that it is capped, but very sad thinking about the damage it has already done. But it is done. And we have to figure out a way to deal will what has been dealt to us. So, I suppose we will. I do know that we took a ride along the coast yesterday and it was a breathtaking as ever.

I hope we see more lazy summer scenes like this in the future...
