A request post from Nikki

I will interrupt the regularly scheduled New Orleans posts to interject this special request from Nikki.

This next one has a bit of a story. I took a picture of Robert and Nikki, but had the background focused...not them. So I asked them to wait and let me take their picture here...after all, it was so pretty there.



Just as I get ready to snap the picture, Nikki spotted a rat the size of a hound dog, screamed and pointed, and Robert apparently was taking the old saying 'Every man for himself' seriously. I was able to capture this for eternity.

Looking for Santa

My mission this weekend is to find this man. Not a normal man. But Santa. A little strange. But not for this time of year I suppose. At least my chances are hugely increased.

I took this picture last year at the Gulf Breeze flea market. Now I would really like to get a model release from him. So off to the flea market I will go. Hi ho hi ho.  Wish me luck.

The last three were at home. I have the little Peter Rabbit pot on my kitchen window with a Maidenhair fern growing in it. The little Bonsai is in my living room window. The last is another of the fern.
