Sunday morning blueberry pancake needs
I woke up wanting...no, needing blueberry pancakes. This alone took us into St. Augustine to the Cafe Eleven for their brunch. I like this little beach cafe for several reasons. First, and foremost, it is a beach cafe! And to get to it, we travel through St. Augustine which is always fun...an adventure in it's self. Oh, the food is wonderful too!
D always gets iced tea. I love iced tea, but it was breakfast, so I get coffee. Hot, sweet and creamy in a big mug. Sorry...didn't get a pic of it.
On the way to the cafe we passed a church that had a pumpkin patch. D stopped so I could grab a couple of shots.
Here is what was happening at the beach...
While this fellow was contemplating life, the three pictures following are what was happening to his belongings behind him...unbeknownst to him.
We told him what was occurring and he jumped up, tried to save the bag which had been ripped wide open by the blackbird. Then he decided what the hey and threw a couple of handfuls of pretzels for the little thieves.
The following sign is one I had been wanting to get a shot of for some time. Today I just stuck my camera out the window and did a drive-by.

We don't have pumpkins like that here. But then we don't have fall here either.
