A walk {Part 1 of 3}

This day I thought it was going to rain. And it did. Good thing I brought my umbrella. First thing I was greeted with was a proud red rooster. Right downtown. He was very feisty looking. If a town has free roaming chickens, it is my kind of town.

“Sins, like chickens, come home to roost.”

Then I took a little trip into the old drugstore. I got a little something special for someone a little special. These bottles caught my eye.

“It is with narrow-souled people as with narrow-necked bottles; the less they have in them, the more noise they make in pouring out”

Then I began walking. First up St. George Street where I saw some pretty flowers.
