St. Augustine Beach
St. Augustine Beach was our destination this morning, plus breakfast out. We drove down A1A hoping to find a little place open for breakfast. We really hit the jackpot...Cafe 11. We lucked out and had a tasty little breakfast buffet.
After filling our tummies, we ventured to the beach. Like all beaches, this one had it's own vibe. More laid back and country. If a beach can be considered country.

We didn't stay at the beach long...didn't wear our swim suits. Sigh. So I didn't take as many pictures today. Maybe next time we will be more prepared!

Nice pictures. I thought St Augustine was such a pretty place. My Navy pilot friend who was stationed in Jacksonville took me out there for lunch. It was like 100 degrees and like 100% humidity. Boy! I was sweatin like a dog! We didn't sight see that long since it was way too hot.
That flower is from the lily family and it's what i have here, masses of them. They have a heavenly scent in the evenings.
