Flags and motor boats

So much at the beach. This motorboat engine I found at Peg Leg Pete's. We went there one evening when Daniel and his girlfriend, Nikki (not to be confused with my daughter), came down from Illinois for a visit. The food was awesome. As always.

A cold and lonely Hallelujah

I have an abundance of beach pictures lately. It seems I felt the need to document the beauty of it now. So I have been doing just that.

This first picture is one of my favorites. While laying on the beach, Nikki and noticed a gathering of people by the pier. Being inquisitive, I headed down there with my camera. It was, as far as I could tell, a church group doing baptisms in the Gulf. It was moving. And extremely beautiful. This man had been baptized only moments before and then went off by himself.
