Southern charm...Savannah
This was a surprising trip for us. Much of the unexpected. Charming and sweet. Even though the day was rainy and gray, the city glittered with beauty.

This morning it was really warm and sunny. So we headed to the beach. This is the beach on December 2.

We went to the Parade of Boats on the St. John's River. It was a cool, quite night. Perfect for sitting on the dock and watching all the happenings on the river. Unfortunately, most of my night pictures of all the beautifully decorated boats didn't turn out. I included the one that did. Imagine that times thirty, and that was the boat parade on the river!
While waiting, we were witness to a multicolor sunset. And during the parade, made a wish on a falling star.
